Lili Model Kids NYC (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a children’s modeling and creative education studio based in New York City. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and application form.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact details of parents/guardians and adult participants: your name, phone number, and email address when you fill out the application form or contact us.
- Child’s details (for children’s programs): child’s first and last name, age, and selected program dates or schedule preferences.
- Program information: selected program (after-school, summer, kids modeling school, portfolio, etc.), preferred days and time, and additional options (transfer, dinner, extended hours).
- Communications: messages you send us by email, social media, or through the website.
- Technical and usage data (automatically collected): IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and basic analytics data (for example, through cookies and Google Analytics).
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- process your application and contact you about the selected program;
- communicate schedule, payments, and updates about classes, events, and studio activities;
- organize groups, plan activities, and ensure safety and age-appropriate content for children;
- respond to your questions and requests;
- improve our services, website structure, and communication with families;
- comply with legal obligations and protect our rights if necessary.
4. Legal basis
We process your personal information based on:
- your consent when you submit the application form or contact us;
- legitimate interest in organizing and providing our educational and creative programs;
- legal obligations where applicable (for example, accounting or safety requirements).
5. How we store and protect your data
- We store data in password-protected systems and accounts.
- We limit access to personal information to staff who need it to organize programs and communicate with families.
- We keep data only as long as reasonably necessary for enrollment, communication, and legal or accounting purposes.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share it only with:
- trusted service providers who help us operate the website, send emails, process payments, or manage registrations (they may only use the data to provide their services to us);
- authorities or other parties when required by law, or when necessary to protect our legal rights, safety of children and families, or to prevent fraud.
7. Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the browsing experience.
Cookies and analytics tools may collect:
- which pages are visited and for how long;
- browser type, device type, and general technical information;
- approximate geographic region (not precise home address);
- IP address (processed by Google for security and aggregated analytics).
This information is used in an aggregated, non-identifying way to help us understand what content is useful for families and how to improve our programs and website.
You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings. You can also use tools provided by Google to limit Google Analytics tracking in your browser. However, some parts of the site may work less smoothly if cookies are disabled.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to the personal data we hold about you or your child;
- ask us to correct or update your information if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed or if you withdraw your consent;
- object to certain types of processing (for example, marketing emails);
- withdraw your consent for future processing (for example, unsubscribe from communications).
To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in the “Contact” section below.
9. Children’s privacy
Our website and application form are intended to be filled out by parents or legal guardians, not by children themselves. For children’s programs, we collect information about a child (such as name and age) only when it is voluntarily provided by the parent or guardian for enrollment, safety, and organization of the program.
We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we become aware that we have received personal information from a child without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that data.
Parents and guardians can request access, correction, or deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting us.
10. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our programs, legal requirements, or website functionality. The latest version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date at the top.

12. Enrichment Program (not daycare / custodial care)
Our programs are educational and creative enrichment programs. They are not licensed daycare, childcare, or custodial care services.
Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for drop-off and pick-up of the child, staying reachable by phone during classes, and informing us about any medical, behavioral, or safety concerns.
By enrolling in our programs, you confirm that you understand that:
- the program is focused on learning, creativity, and skills development (modeling, acting, arts);
- we do not provide medical, therapeutic, or custodial care;
- our team will supervise children during program hours, but parents/guardians keep primary responsibility for the child outside of class time.
13. Enrollment & cancellation policy
This section explains how enrollment, payments, and cancellations work for our programs.
- Enrollment: your spot is confirmed after we receive your application and payment (or deposit, if applicable).
- Payments: program fees are due according to the terms provided in our offer (per day, per week, or per month).
- Cancellations by family: if you need to cancel, please inform us in writing (email or message) as early as possible. Unless otherwise agreed, fees for past classes are non-refundable.
- Missed classes: missed classes are generally not refundable. In some cases, we may offer a make-up class or credit, if agreed in advance and subject to availability.
- Schedule changes by studio: if we must cancel or reschedule a class (for example, due to teacher illness or emergency), we will offer a make-up class, credit, or refund for that class.
- Special programs: for camps, school-break days, and similar events, separate terms may apply (dates, deposits, refunds) and will be communicated in advance.
If you have questions about enrollment or cancellation conditions for a specific program, you can contact us at info@lilimodelnyc.com.
